Works on view at Aesop in Rosedale, Toronto -- October 20 to 30, 2019

As part of our support for Art Toronto, from October 18–30 Aesop Rosedale will be hosting a selection of works by local artist Roula Partheniou. Picking up where pop art left off, Roula builds replicas of everyday objects to comment on the world around us, or rather on how it speaks to us, and how we perceive it.

To celebrate the occasion, on Sunday, October 20 Roula will be in-store to discuss the optical illusions, visual similes and material puns on which her practice is based.
