The Super Project , 2000 to 2006
The Super Project began as a collection of things branded by the common superlative. It has since expanded to include a series of works joined by the use of the word ‘Super’ as an over-arching medium. This group of works explore the transformative qualities of the word.
Super Collection, 2000 - ongoing
(suitcase, a selection of items from my Super Collection)
These mundane objects are rendered grand in the context of a collection, permitting the everyday to be extraordinary. In the form of a collection the word is taken quite literally. This places a great expectation on these Super things to render my own experience/ identity as super as well.

Super Glue the Sun, 2002

Superglued Superballs, 2002

Bound together, literally, by the word Super these two super products come together to create the quintessential super atom.
Super Infinity, 2002

The word Super is transformative, but is so ubiquitous that we have forgotten what it really means. A concise marriage between material and form, a play on words and material, this film conjures up several associations: and endless countdown before a film, a moebuis strip, a fragile infinity.
