A document of my solution to a 2x2 Rubik’s Cube, move by move over the course of a year, until the puzzle is completed. The Rubik's Cube serves as a concise visual representation of how one negotiates a set of possibilities and generates a drawing in which colour patterns are dictated by practical and logical concerns, not aesthetic ones. The completed drawing represents one of over 43 quintillion possible solutions to the cube.
